Celestial Geometry...sterling, steel and 24K gold necklace

 Geometric shapes cut from steel have a unique hand engraved and etched design!  24K gold is applied in the ancient Korean technique of Keum Boo to both the sterling silver etched backplate as well as the steel components.  Rivets add height and dimension.  The drama of the bright and shiny sterling silver and pure gold to the dark black steel is quite dramatic!  The end result is a contemporary and architectural design that has a somewhat celestial feeling to it.  A small sculptural piece at art to wear, it is simply stunning!

This pendant hangs from a lovely sterling silver multi-cable neck wire with a secure tension interlocking clasp in an 18" length.  This neck wire threads through the front in a variety of places and is an integral part of the celestial design.

Pendant is 2 1/8" in length and also 2 1/8" in width.
