Aurora Facets – Asymmetrical Red Onyx & Amethyst Earrings | DianaHDesigns

These handmade, asymmetrical art earrings combine vibrant red onyx and rich purple amethyst in a sculptural arrangement of faceted diamond and circular shapes. Vintage Swarovski crystals add brilliant flashes of pink, orange, gold, and violet, complementing the gemstones and the textured, hand-engraved stainless steel bezels. The crystals may appear lighter in this photograph because of the angle at which the light strikes their intricate facets, but they are the same colorful vintage Swarovski crystals featured in the other earrings in this collection. Textured sterling silver ear wires complete the design, adding another layer of detail.

These earrings were created using crystals from Diana Hirschhorn’s personal collection of vintage Swarovski crystals, giving new life to distinctive components from her own collection. Measuring 2 3/8inches long by 1/2 inch wide, they offer a distinctive combination of color, geometry, and movement.
