"Full Moon"....contemporary steel and 24K gold dangle earrings
What I consider to be one of my signature designs, these earrings are a version of the pair I chose to have professionally photographed after my amazing journey into working with steel began. This design is one that has, in turned, earned my acceptance into the world of Fine Art Shows that I have dreamed about!
The unique design combines pieces cut from etched sterling silver and steel with accents of 24K gold applied in the ancient technique of Keum Boo. Rivets connect the domed components to each other and add dimension. Sterling silver lever back ear wires.
