Enamel and Glass

Looking for that perfect pop of color to complement an outfit or simply something colorful to make a basic outfit come to life?  If so, this is the collection to browse!  Color comes in the form of vitreous enamel in this collection, all with the same bold and modern aesthetic I am known for.  Many pieces are also that bold contrast I am so drawn to of bright 24K gold on a dark background, in this case glossy black vitreous enamel!

Vitreous enamel, the process I use, is not to be confused with resin enamel or painted enamel or enamelware or many other uses of the word “enamel”.  None of these are the glass powders of vitreous enamel.  These are sifted on metal and fired with a torch or in a kiln numerous times at temperatures of approximately 1500 degrees until the powder melts and adheres to the metal creating a layer of gorgeous pure glass over the metal.  Vitreous enamel.  Be careful…not all enamels are created equal!
