Policies

It is just me working in my studio, but my commitment is to ship within 1 - 2 business days (Monday - Friday) of receiving the order IF you order an item that is in stock. 

Custom orders of items listed in my shop typically take 3 -4 weeks to complete from date of order and will ship immediately thereafter.  It is sometimes possible to tighten this time frame and I welcome you to reach out if you are trying to meet a certain deadline.  It all depends on what else is on my bench at the time you order but I am happy to accommodate you if I can!

Custom work ...please reach out to discuss any custom work, whether it's a design of your own, one we work on jointly, or a variation of current work.  I am always happy to discuss.  Shipping timelines will vary with the project and time of year.  

I ship from Maryland, and time in transit will vary depending upon where in the US you are located. 

Shipping is FREE via USPS First Class Mail. 

This most often arrives within 3 - 5  business days but can take as much as 4 - 7 depending upon time of year and where you live.  I guarantee to ship within 1 - 2 business days but I can't guarantee when it will arrive!  I will provide you with the tracking number and we can both keep our eyes on it.

Need it faster?

Choose USPS Priority Mail for a small fee.

This includes tracking and typically arrives within 2 - 3  business days.  Please realize it may take a little longer in some situations such as busy times of the year.

 

Gift Wrap is always free!  Your jewelry will arrive in an attractive black jewelry box and tied with a pretty bow!  This is then packaged inside a sturdy cardboard box for shipping.  If you order multiple items, each one will be individually gift wrapped with an identifying tag on each one so you know what's inside each box.

 

 

Customer Service and Refund Policy

If you haven't purchased from me before and are wondering about my customer service, I encourage you to check out my reviews.  I pride myself on the quality of my workmanship as well as the quality of my service!

I want you to love the jewelry you buy from me!  If you are unhappy for any reason and wish to return or exchange your purchase, please call or email me within 10 days.  This 10-day return or exchange policy means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

To start this process, please contact me at info@dianahdesigns.com. If your return is accepted, I will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

There are no returns or exchanges available for custom work.  This would include specific requests, custom orders as well as personalized items.

I also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method less the cost of the return shipping.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
